We keep the process simple with five straightforward steps to generate leads and schedule your consultations for you:
Step 01 - Branding
Together we review your company’s brand and see if there are any simple tweaks or updates that can help your brand better attract the exact types of customers you want. Whether that is your company logo, your website, your workers’ uniform shirts, even the name you operate under.
They all affect how your potential client views you when deciding if you are the type of contractor they want to work with.
In a competitive market, you need to stand out above and beyond the other contractors they may be speaking with, so that you are who they are drawn to and ultimately contract with.
Step 02 - Digital marketing
First we collect any high-quality photos you have of completed projects that best communicate the quality of the work you offer. If you don’t have high-quality photos, we help you connect with a local photographer to get photos taken of selected past projects.
If you don’t already have a social media presence, we get you set up on the various key social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google Ads, Google Local, etc. We upload your photos and get the sites set up for paid marketing on the sites.
We also assist with your company website and AI search optimization so that you are viewable to more potential clients.
We’ll hold monthly calls to review marketing budget, performance, past results, upcoming plans, and optimizations. You remain in full control and pre-approve everything on a monthly basis.
Step 03 - Organic marketing
We scour your local market for lead referral opportunities. These are lead referral sources that don’t require paid ads and regenerate themselves. These can include reaching out to local developers, realtors, associations, HOAs, other general contractors, design industry professionals, residential & commercial property management companies, municipalities, etc.
We craft a list with you, of what you consider to be ideal lead referral sources that we help you generate relationships with, which result in continuing referrals.
Lastly, we assist with setting up a program of hard-copy promotion such as postcards / mailers, ads in print media, etc, all crafted to your unique needs and budget.
We’ll hold monthly calls to review marketing budget, performance, past results, upcoming plans, and optimizations. You remain in full control and pre-approve everything on a monthly basis.
Step 04 - Receiving and Qualifying Your Leads
Our team receives all of the phone and email reaches that come in from potential clients through our marketing channels. We communicate back and forth with them and qualify the leads based on a list of qualifications set by you.
For the qualified leads, we procure from them any photos and videos of the site / project, any design documents, plans, etc which communicate the scope of the work. We save these documents and client info on a cloud-based file system, with a file for each lead, that you have 24/7 access to. This helps you get familiar with the lead / project before you even meet with them.
Step 05 - Scheduling your consultations
We set up an online consultation calendar for you that has your available time slots set for the times each week that you’re free to take consultations with new potential clients. We book your consultation for you based on your open availabilities. Within that calendar we place a link to the clients file with all of their info, project documents, etc. You have 24/7 access to the calendar and you can pre-brief yourself on the client before you head out to meet them. Now you’re in control of the consultation and are a step ahead of your competition.
We follow up with you to ensure the consultation went well, that the project proposal was sent out, and if the client signs up.
We won’t direct your proposal or the installation itself, we let you do what you do best, which is quote and deliver your project.
